As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Septic Pump Truck Driver to join our team.

As a Septic Pump Truck Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely operating a septic pump truck while providing exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and values honesty, professionalism, and teamwork.

• Safely operate a septic pump truck on scheduled service routes and emergency service calls.
• Communicate regularly with the office team regarding schedules, customer updates, route changes, and completed services.
• Prioritize daily assignments while responding to urgent or emergency service requests.
• Perform septic pumping services in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Collect customer payments when applicable and accurately complete service tickets and required documentation.
• Identify and communicate additional maintenance, repair, or service opportunities to customers and the office.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and ensure all equipment is properly cared for.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service on every job.
• Work closely with office staff, coworkers, and ownership to ensure smooth daily operations.
  

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Air Brake and Tanker Endorsements required.
• Comfortable driving a manual (standard transmission) truck.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining high standards of integrity.
